Cherished is designed with privacy as a core principle. All photos and data remain stored locally on your device. The App does not upload photos to any cloud service or external server.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App. By using Cherished, you do not grant us any rights to your photos.
The App itself, including its design, functionality, and code, is owned by ED5X and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
